Better Functionality Needed

In theory, I like this app for planning savings needs. Two improvements would make it MUCH better-
1. Allow user to rearrange items in the list, so higher priority goals could be shown ahead of lower ones. Currently shows as order of entry. Since I entered "new couch" first, that shows as first on my list, when I really need "emergency fund" to show first.
2. Provide a monthly lump sum needed on the list page. If I am saving for 10 items, I do not want to open each one and add them up to see what I need to set aside from my June paycheck for items on my savings list.
